Job summary

Vertical Advantage is seeking an experienced Senior NPD Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of New Product Development, productivity, supply optimisation and maintenance projects across the EMEA region.

You will oversee a high volume of projects, work with cross-functional teams, and manage manufacturing partners to ensure on-time, on-spec results. This hybrid role requires 2 days in the office and offers a £63k–£66k base with a 15% bonus, pension and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Proven years of project management experience in FMCG or consumer goods environments.
• Proven track record in end-to-end NPD or commercialisation.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders across regions.
• Strong communication, influence and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a drive for quality and process adherence.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to link project goals with business outcomes.

We’re seeking an experienced Senior NPD Project Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of New Product Development (NPD), productivity, supply optimisation, and maintenance projects across the EMEA region.

You will oversee a high volume of projects annually, working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries. You’ll also act as a key point of contact for manufacturing partners, ensuring projects land on time, in full, and to the highest standards.

The salary bracket is £63,000 - £66,000 + 15% bonus, pension and healthcare.
