Job summary

Wild in London is seeking a mid-senior NPD Project Lead to own end-to-end delivery of our product pipeline. This hands-on role connects Product, Supply Chain, Ops, Marketing and Creative to drive timelines and cross-functional execution.

You’ll manage formulations, packaging, testing, approvals and launches, balancing commercial needs with operational feasibility. This maternity cover reports to Head of NPD and runs for 12 months.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience in NPD/product development, ideally in consumer goods.
• Strong organisational skills and delivery obsession.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving timelines.
• Experience building and using project tracking systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of multiple NPD projects from concept to launch.
• Maintain detailed project plans, critical paths and timelines.
• Keep multiple workstreams moving and meet deadlines.
• Identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks early.
• Drive cross-functional accountability and escalation when needed.
• Balance product performance with operational feasibility and commercial needs.
• Coordinate testing, trials, validation and sign-offs.
• Unblock technical or operational challenges quickly.
