Job summary

Found Food & Drink is seeking an NPD Project Manager to join the Operations team in a newly created role. You will coordinate NPD and customer launch projects from concept through to commercial launch, ensuring governance, timelines and stakeholder alignment.

You will work closely with NPD, Operations, Commercial, Technical and external manufacturers, driving multiple projects with clear reporting and risk management. This is a hybrid role with one day WFH.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating multi-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong governance, planning and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of NPD, customer launch and innovation projects from concept to market.
• Own and develop the Product Development governance framework and stage-gate process.
• Manage multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables.
• Chair project review meetings and report on progress, risks and decisions.
• Build relationships across NPD, Commercial, Operations, Technical, Procurement and external partners.
• Support COO with wider business improvement projects requiring structured PM.
• Champion continuous improvement of project delivery and governance.
