About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Developer to work with leading, premium retail customers. This role involves developing creative, sustainable packaging that enhances product presentation and meets high quality standards.

Responsibilities

1. Develop new packaging formats in collaboration with Sourcing, Technical teams, and the Packaging buyer.
2. Ensure packaging meets customer requirements, quality, technical standards, and factory performance.
3. Focus on sustainable materials and reducing environmental impact.
4. Create eye-catching, premium-feel packaging that stands out on supermarket shelves.
5. Visit suppliers and customers, support trials, and participate in factory floor activities.

Candidate Profile

You should have a strong interest in Packaging and New Product Development, with a keen eye for trends. Creativity, organization, and confidence in presenting to customers and building relationships are essential.

Additional Details

The role is primarily site-based with some flexibility for remote work.
