Role: NPD Manager

The NPD Manager will lead New Product Development (NPD) from concept to market, ensuring product innovation and renovation align with business goals. The role involves managing supplier relationships, overseeing recipe development, conducting factory trials, and ensuring compliance with culinary trends and regulations. The NPD Manager is responsible for the NPD stage gate process and maintaining strict quality assurance through product testing. Additionally, the role includes post-launch evaluations and exploring ways to continuously improve NPD processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in FMCG food innovation, gained either in a specialist innovation role or a brand management role with a focus on innovation.
• Strong end-to-end product development experience and a genuine passion for food innovation, nutrition, and market trends.
• Skills in managing complex projects, working cross-functionally, and engaging with suppliers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle challenges efficiently.
• Analytical thinking, project management expertise, commercial awareness, and agility.
