Berghaus, part of Pentland Brands, is seeking an Assistant Product Manager for NPD to help shape future growth by testing and validating ideas and turning innovation into commercially viable products.

The role is hands-on and requires collaboration with Design, Development, Sourcing and other teams, with a focus on concept development, documentation, and project tracking. Hybrid working and strong benefits are offered.

Formación

• Experience or strong interest in product innovation, product development, or category research.
• Creative curiosity with strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail in documentation, testing notes, and project tracking.
• Confident communication and ability to work with cross-functional innovation teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and interest in learning PLM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development of new product concepts informed by consumer insights, emerging trends, and category whitespace.
• Assist in building concept boards, innovation briefs, and project outlines.
• Work with Design, Development, and Sourcing to progress prototypes, materials, construction options, and feasibility checks for new products.
• Help manage sample rounds, testing feedback, and documentation for new concepts.
• Conduct trend research, competitor scanning, and consumer insight gathering to support NPD decision-making.
• Maintain accurate NPD project documentation across PLM and internal systems.
