Responsibilities

• Own and develop the NPD roadmap aligned to brand strategy.
• Identify consumer needs, market trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end NPD process from ideation to commercialization.
• Partner with Design, Development, Sourcing, Merchandising, Insights and Marketing.
• Manage NPD milestones, decisions and deliverables.
• Review post-launch performance and learnings.
