Job summary

manucomm recruitment is assisting a Bristol-area employer in finding a Food & Beverage Development Technologist. The role supports development and improvement of food and beverage products from concept to launch, collaborating with technical, production and commercial teams.

Candidates with experience in food/beverage development or NPD are welcomed, including recent graduates in food science or food technology. Flavoring experience is a plus; strong organisation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in food or beverage development or related technical role.
• Recent graduates in food science or food technology encouraged to apply.
• Some NPD experience would be an advantage.
• Flavoring experience would be helpful in food/beverage applications.
• You’re organised and comfortable working collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, testing and refinement of new and existing products.
• Prepare samples and organise product trials, tastings and evaluations.
• Maintain accurate product specifications, records and development documentation.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams on ingredients, processes and product performance.
• Help ensure products meet food safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
