2 Sisters Food Group in the UK is seeking a passionate NPD Chef to join our Poultry Central development team. This hands-on role focuses on recreating and refining product samples, translating briefs into viable food solutions, and supporting customer presentations with culinary expertise.

You will work closely with the NPD Manager to deliver culinary excellence for major retail accounts, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and

Qualifications

• Skilled chef with strong culinary foundations and passion for food.
• Experience in product development or willingness to move from kitchen to NPD.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine food products in line with customer briefs and requirements
• Prepare and present high-quality product samples for internal and customer reviews
• Support customer presentations, showcasing products and culinary expertise
• Translate customer requirements into commercially viable food solutions
• Conduct recipe development, benchmarking, and product evaluations
• Support factory trials and product launches where required
