What You’ll Do
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or community settings
  • Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
  • Support skill-building in communication, independence, and social behavior
  • Build strong connections with children and their families
  • Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA to ensure quality and consistency
What We’re Looking For
  • Experienced ABA Therapists or Behavior Technicians
  • Individuals who have worked with BCBAs and understand ABA implementation
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
  • Compassion, patience, and dedication to client progress
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with Autism
  • Sessions take place in the child’s home or community
  • Part-time position
  • Minimum 6-month commitment
  • If you're interested in becoming an RBT, you may complete the 40-hour RBT course — we can guide you if needed
