Job summary

Access Creative College in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our campus. You’ll lead on-site facilities, technical and security teams to keep recording studios, performance spaces and labs safe and ready for students and staff.

The role covers maintenance, compliance, budgets and improvements across the site, with a focus on delivering a welcoming environment that supports teaching, events and student activity.

Qualifications

• Experienced facilities manager with management of teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Experience with maintenance, compliance, budgets and delivering change.
• Excellent relationship-building and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day campus facilities operation and teams.
• Manage maintenance, contractors and service contracts.
• Ensure health, safety and statutory compliance.
• Manage facilities budgets, purchasing and minor works.
• Oversee building security, presentation and day-to-day site operations.
• Manage rooms, equipment and resources for teaching and events.
• Identify opportunities to improve the campus and student experience.
