Job summary

Access Creative College in Nottingham is seeking a Network & Infrastructure Manager to lead the management, development and security of the technical infrastructure across all brands. You will spearhead the setup of a new Nottingham campus and drive improvements across nationwide sites, overseeing network, telecoms, security and ITIL-aligned service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site networking and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Ubiquiti/UniFi networks.
• Experience with cyber security and ITIL.
• Experience in education sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site Ubiquiti/UniFi networks and security.
• Lead infrastructure upgrades and new site deployments.
• Provide Level 3 technical support and mentor IT technicians.
• Manage telecoms and cloud telephony.
• Support CCTV and building infrastructure.
• Work with Security Manager to strengthen cyber security.
• Manage incidents, changes, assets and service levels per ITIL.
• Develop infrastructure standards and roadmaps.
