Job summary

Crowe UK is recruiting a Senior Associate in Audit for our Not-for-Profit practice. You will work with charities, schools and professional bodies across the UK, delivering high-quality audit services and value-added insights in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for audit and the not-for-profit sector.
• Strong leadership and team-working abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and deliver high-quality client service.
• Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships across levels.

Responsibilities

• Work with a not-for-profit client base, including charities, schools and other NFP organisations, within the UK.
• Collaborate with Partners, Directors and Managers to deliver high-quality audit services.
• Lead and manage a team of auditors, fostering a supportive and capable environment.
• Engage with clients to deliver exceptional service, build strong relationships and create value.
• Contribute to the broader not-for-profit practice by promoting innovation and developing talent.
