Freight Force Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading trailer and fleet solutions provider to recruit a Sales Manager for the Northwest England region. This field-based role focuses on securing long-term contract hire agreements for articulated trailers, while promoting telematics and fleet management technologies.

You will develop strategic relationships with transport operators and logistics providers, managing the full sales cycle and expanding market share across your territory.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience within heavy-duty leasing, trailer, truck, commercial vehicle, tyre or transport sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to negotiate.
• Ability to manage a regional sales territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure long-term trailer contract hire opportunities.
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Build relationships with transport operators, logistics providers and fleet customers.
• Manage the full sales process from enquiry to contract completion.
• Promote trailer solutions and telematics products.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to maximise fleet utilisation.
• Use CRM systems to maintain accurate sales records and pipeline.
