Job summary

Hamilton Robson is seeking an experienced Director of IT to lead our technology strategy, infrastructure and IT operations. This role drives business growth, operational excellence and exceptional client delivery, reporting across the organisation.

You will lead the IT function, shape strategy, oversee security, cloud and digital transformation, and build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure technology enables growth and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within an IT or technology function.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver IT strategies.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies and cybersecurity.
• Experience leading digital transformation and technology change.
• Experience managing IT budgets, vendors and technical teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking and problem-solving.
