Job summary

Videojet Technologies Limited, a Veralto company, is seeking a Demand Generation Manager – Northern Europe to lead regional demand generation across the UK, Sweden and Norway. You will drive campaigns, optimize funnel performance and collaborate with Sales and Service to exceed regional targets.

You’ll localize strategies, manage a multi-disciplinary team, and report weekly on pipeline health, forecasting, and bookings.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in demand generation, marketing leadership, or related B2B growth functions.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive results.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, campaigns, lead generation, funnel management, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional demand generation performance across Northern Europe (UK, Sweden, Norway).
• Localize and execute regional demand gen strategies to align with market opportunities and growth objectives.
• Drive paid digital campaigns, SEO, website initiatives, webinars, trade shows, content marketing, partnerships, and outbound programs.
• Improve lead quality, funnel velocity, and conversion through performance management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead weekly funnel reviews and monthly business reviews, forecasting opportunities and risks.
