Job summary

V3 Recruitment is seeking a Regional Manager North West to develop and grow customer relationships across Manchester and surrounding areas. This field-based role focuses on expanding spend, pursuing new business opportunities, and building long‑term partnerships.

Expect ~80% travel to customer offices and sites with strong stakeholder engagement. You will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, upsell where appropriate, and drive revenue growth while maintaining a high standard of CRM discipline and

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in B2B account management, field sales or regional sales.
• Proven track record of growing existing customer accounts.
• Hunter mentality with ability to prospect and open doors.
• Strong commercial awareness to identify revenue opportunities.
• Experience building relationships with senior decision makers.
• Excellent face‑to‑face communication and presentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North West.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and grow a portfolio of B2B customers across the North West.
• Build strong relationships with key decision makers and senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to increase spend through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
• Develop accounts while seeking new customers and revenue streams.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings and business reviews.
• Visit sites, depots and head offices to understand requirements and opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Plan diary to maximise customer and prospect engagement.
• Represent the business professionally at all times.
