Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate and develop new business.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Commercially driven with targets.
• Experience in invoice finance, recruitment finance or commercial finance is beneficial.
• Existing network in recruitment or finance sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the North, particularly the North West.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agency owners and senior decision-makers.
• Identify recruitment businesses that could benefit from invoice finance and wider funding solutions.
• Develop relationships with brokers, accountants, introducers and professional advisers.
• Manage opportunities from initial introduction through to conversion and onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and confidently explain appropriate funding and financial solutions.
• Build and manage a strong regional pipeline.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and relevant industry events.
• Work closely with internal credit, underwriting, operations and account management teams.
• Develop existing relationships and identify opportunities for additional services as clients grow.
