Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. is seeking a Critical Care Territory Manager to cover the North Territory from Newcastle to Lincoln and across to Chester, with a preferred base in Manchester/Liverpool to support local hospitals.

You will drive revenue and profit by managing existing contracts, promoting ICU Medical devices, and educating clinical staff on safe and efficient use of our portfolio within hospital and community settings. Expect targets, data-driven planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive medical device sales experience.
• Sales experience in Airway Management and/or Pressure Monitoring.
• Expert knowledge of health issues related to surgery and anaesthesia.
• Good knowledge of anatomy and physiology; with some knowledge of clinical disease states.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed the Critical Care sales target for the territory.
• Develop value-based proposals across Airway Management and Pressure Monitoring.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with NHS Acute, Private and Alternate site accounts.
• Be an expert in all Critical Care areas and educate customers on device and consumable portfolio.
• Analyse and utilise sales data to identify opportunities and manage risk.
• Attend training sessions and support clinical staff.
• Complete administration tasks including pricing tools, CRM updates, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and EH&S initiatives.
