Wingstop UK&I is recruiting a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end openings across the UK & Ireland, with a focus on the North region. The role is field-based, involves frequent travel, and requires oversight from pre-construction to handover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and brand standards.

You will collaborate with Property, Design, Operations and external partners, manage budgets and programmes, and drive improvements in delivery speed and quality while building a reliable supplier

Competenze

• 5+ years’ experience delivering new site openings or major fit-outs.
• Experience in QSR, hospitality, retail or similar multi-site environments.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across UK & Ireland.
• Strong programme and project management skills with risk and cost control.

Mansioni

• Lead the end-to-end construction and fit-out of new Wingstop restaurants across the UK & Ireland.
• Develop and manage detailed project programmes, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate landlord approvals, licences for alterations and regulatory approvals.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, Fire Safety and Health & Safety.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Provide clear project reporting to Head of Construction and leadership.
