Job summary

Wingstop UK is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take ownership of opening new restaurants across the UK & Ireland, with a focus on the North and frequent travel. You will lead from pre-construction to handover, delivering sites safely, on schedule and within budget, aligned with Wingstop's brand standards.

The role demands hands-on delivery across multiple sites, strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners, and a track record in hospitality or QSR environments.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years' experience delivering new site openings or major fit-out projects.
• Experience in QSR, hospitality, multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of construction, fit-out, M&E and project delivery.
• Experience managing budgets, tendering, cost control and change management.
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel across UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction and fit-out of new Wingstop restaurants across the UK & Ireland.
• Develop and manage detailed project programmes, ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinate landlord approvals, licences for alterations and landlord engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, Fire Safety, Health & Safety and statutory requirements.
• Manage project budgets from tender through to completion and value engineering.
• Tender, appoint and manage contractors and consultants; ensure delivery performance.
• Provide regular project reporting to Head of Construction and leadership team.
