Active Care Group is seeking ambitious Service Directors to own and lead services, ensuring safe, compliant care and strong financial performance. You will drive governance, people development and business growth, translating objectives into actionable plans with measurable results.
You will lead on regulatory compliance, stakeholder relationships and continuous improvement, shaping the future of our services and the Active Care brand.
Formación
- Experience in health and social care leadership.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver financial performance.
- Track record in regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
- Strong people management and stakeholder engagement.
Responsabilidades
- Hold overall accountability for service activity including quality, governance, people management, recruitment, regulated activity, business development and budget performance.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear operational plans, priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Use performance data to monitor performance, identify risks and drive improvement.
- Ensure the service operates in line with policies, values and agreed service models.
