Job summary

Babcock International is seeking a Regional Facilities Business Partner – North, based near Clyde/Helensburgh with hybrid working. The role leads facilities strategy across a national estate, guiding operations across 40–60 sites in the North and partnering with senior leaders to align priorities and compliance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Facilities Management, ideally IWFM Level 3.
• Experience managing or supporting large, geographically dispersed property portfolios.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience influencing senior operational stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, property risk management and facilities operations.
• Experience developing business cases and capital investment proposals.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership across a dispersed portfolio of 40–60 sites in the North region.
• Act as trusted advisor to operational leaders; align facilities activities with priorities and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement across the estate and support safe, efficient environments.
• Lead risk, compliance and resilience across the portfolio.
• Oversee estate strategy, capital investment and long-term planning.
• Engage stakeholders and provide functional leadership across teams.
