Job summary

Babcock is recruiting a Regional Facilities Business Partner for the South region, based in Bristol/Ashton Vale with hybrid working. You will lead a dispersed portfolio across 40–60 sites, partnering with senior operations to shape facilities strategy, drive improvements and ensure compliance and resilience.

The role requires significant FM experience, strong stakeholder skills, and capability to develop business cases and capital investments. Security clearance is required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Facilities Management
• Experience managing large, geographically dispersed property portfolios
• Strong commercial acumen and ability influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and property risk management
• Experience developing business cases and capital investment proposals

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership across 40–60 sites in the South region
• Drive performance improvements and oversee compliance and resilience
• Support investment decisions enabling safe and effective operations
• Engage with senior stakeholders to shape facilities strategies
• Oversee risk, governance and estate optimisation across the portfolio
