Job summary

Youth Music is seeking a Community Impact Coordinator for the North of England to drive community engagement and collaboration with local partners. The role focuses on developing and amplifying community voice through culturally relevant orchestral experiences and collaborative projects across the region.

It is a full-time, fixed-term position until 31 March 2028 with potential to become permanent from 1 April 2028.

Responsibilities

• Support work with local partners to enhance community voice and engagement.
• Help deliver the North-focused strategy and outcomes.
• Engage communities in shaping orchestral experiences that relate to their interests and needs.
• Build long-term programmes through the network of northern partners and increase impact.
