Qualifications

• Project Management background.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Minimum of an HNC).
• Data Centre experience (Hyperscale would be advantageous).
• Consulting experience (PMC experience would be advantageous, though time served acceptable).
• Quality control.
• Change Management.
• Delivery program Management.
• OFE experience.
• FIA experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage FIA and OFE delivery as the client's Owner's Representative (PMC).
• Ensure the scope supports multiple projects, with delivery management and cross‑functional stakeholder management at the core.
• Maintain vendor sandbox with Time to Site (TTS) durations and update external schedules with TTS/TTD.
• Provide feedback on cost estimates and gather estimates from vendors for submission to the Owner's commercial team.
• Oversee FIA and OFE Product/Equipment Status Trackers and ensure FAT commissioning and site handover.
