Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Quality Manager in Bristol to oversee quality management for major data centre construction projects, primarily in the Nordics. The role requires a deep understanding of quality standards and compliance, along with the ability to lead and train teams to promote a culture of quality. Candidates should have extensive experience in major construction projects and ideally experience with data centres. The position offers the possibility of 100% in-country work or significant travel to Finland or Norway.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a Quality Manager role on major construction projects.
• Experience on data centre/technology projects preferred but not essential.
• Experience in consultancy, general contractor, or client-side environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Management for the project as an interface between clients and contractors.
• Manage the Arcadis Quality team to meet clients' expectations.
• Ensure compliance with project quality specifications.
