Job summary

Change Grow Live is looking for an experienced Independent Non-Medical Prescriber to join our Liverpool service, supporting people across the City of Liverpool. You will work within a multidisciplinary team that puts people at the heart of every decision.

You will contribute to developing our prescribing service, sharing your expertise and helping colleagues maintain safe, consistent and evidence-based clinical practice.
