Job summary

Aqualogic is recruiting plumbers to join our award-winning team focused on sustainability. We deliver free water efficiency visits to households, helping reduce water usage, cut carbon, and save customers money.

You will visit non-household customers, assess fixtures, install water-saving devices, fix leaks, and record data using our bespoke app while providing practical advice to customers.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Good standard of Maths and English.
• National Water Hygiene “Blue Card” preferred; training can be provided.
• Confident communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage a daily schedule and record information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Visit non-household customers, assess fixtures and fittings; install water-saving devices.
• Fix leaking toilets and install or replace urinal controls.
• Measure flow rates, take meter readings and check for leaks.
• Record visit data and customer information using the bespoke app.
• Provide practical water-efficiency advice and ensure a great customer experience.

The Role

You will visit non-household customers, assess water-using fixtures and fittings, install water-saving devices, fix leaking toilets, and install or replace urinal controls. You will also carry out other minor plumbing repairs and provide practical water-efficiency advice. Using our bespoke app, you will record visit data accurately and explain your findings clearly and professionally to customers.

What you will do

• Conduct water-efficiency visits at commercial and other non-household premises.
• Assess plumbing fixtures and fit appropriate water-saving devices, including solutions for taps, showers and toilets.
• Diagnose and repair leaking toilets.
• Install urinal controls where required.
• Measure flow rates, check for evidence of leaks and take meter readings.
• Record accurate survey, installation and customer information using our bespoke app.
• Provide excellent customer experience and clear feedback on the work completed.

What we are looking for

• City & Guilds Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, or equivalent (essential).
