Job summary

Aqualogic is recruiting a Non-Household Water Efficiency Plumber to join our award-winning team in Merseyside & Cheshire. You will visit commercial sites, assess fixtures, install water-saving devices, fix leaks, and advise customers using our bespoke app to record findings accurately.

We value City & Guilds Level 2 / NVQ 2 in Plumbing, a full UK driving licence, and strong maths/English skills. A company van, tools, smartphone and uniform are provided, with a guaranteed salary plus bonus

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential).
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Good standard of Maths and English.
• National Water Hygiene “Blue Card” preferred; training can be provided.
• Confident communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and record information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Visit non-household customers and assess water usage fixtures.
• Install water-saving devices and fix leaking toilets.
• Install or replace urinal controls and perform minor repairs.
• Record visit data using our bespoke app and report findings clearly.
• Provide practical water-efficiency advice to customers.
• Measure flow rates, detect leaks, and take meter readings.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and clear feedback on work.

The Role

You will visit non-household customers, assess water‑using fixtures and fittings, install water‑saving devices, fix leaking toilets, and install or replace urinal controls. You will also carry out other minor plumbing repairs and provide practical water‑efficiency advice. Using our bespoke app, you will record visit data accurately and explain your findings clearly and professionally to customers.

What you will do

• Conduct water‑efficiency visits at commercial and other non-household premises.
• Assess plumbing fixtures and fit appropriate water‑saving devices, including solutions for taps, showers and toilets.
• Diagnose and repair leaking toilets.
• Install urinal controls where required.
• Measure flow rates, check for evidence of leaks and take meter readings.
• Record accurate survey, installation and customer information using our bespoke app.
• Provide excellent customer experience and clear feedback on the work completed.

What we are looking for

• City & Guilds Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, or equivalent (essential).
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Good standard of Maths and English.
• National Water Hygiene “Blue Card” preferred; training can be provided.
• Confident communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage a daily schedule and record information accurately.
