Job summary

Thames Water is seeking an experienced Non-Household Operability Manager to drive the operability of smart meters and enhance data quality and market outcomes for non-household customers. You will lead the NHH Field Investigation workstream from our SMOC, using CMOS and MDMS data to prioritise work and partner with retailers and delivery teams.

Location: Hybrid – Worcester House, Langley. 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse complex data and generate insights.
• Experience using SQL or similar query tools for data extraction and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, suppliers and delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NHH Field Investigation workstream, ensuring delivery is prioritised and effective.
• Use data from CMOS and MDMS to identify opportunities and target high-value investigations.
• Collaborate with Wholesale Market Services, retailers and metering teams to align priorities and communicate outcomes.
• Manage delivery partners to ensure investigations are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve read performance and data quality.
