The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager – Non-Financial Risk Management to lead and enhance our advisory services in operational and regulatory change across banking and asset management. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with leading financial institutions, enhance Neofin’s value proposition and work in a growing management consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive non-financial risk management frameworks and solutions for clients.

• Lead projects across Operational Risk, Regulatory Change and Operational Resilience.

• Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters, ensuring alignment with UK and EU standards.

• Stay abreast of emerging risks and regulatory developments to provide proactive guidance.

About You

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in non-financial risk management, preferably within financial services or consultancy. Investment Banking and/or asset experience preferred.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., IRM, CII) are advantageous.

• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management practices in the UK and EU.
