The Wellcome Trust is seeking a Governor to join its Board of Governors and to chair the Audit & Risk Committee. This senior non-executive appointment shapes long‑term strategy, safeguards the endowment, and upholds exemplary governance.

The role requires financial expertise and board-level experience across business, science and public sector stakeholders. Time commitment is about 35 days per year as a Governor, plus ~10 days for chairing the committee; remuneration is £80,500 per annum with

Responsabilidades

• Chair the Audit & Risk Committee and contribute to board agenda and governance oversight.
