Board Appointments (UK) seeks two Non-Executive Directors to join the board of a member-owned not-for-profit financial co‑operative organisation. The roles focus on governance, oversight and strategic direction, with training provided to support directors’ development.

Successful candidates will bring independent judgement, the ability to chair meetings, and a willingness to contribute time and effort to prepare for discussions while understanding the credit union environment and regulatory
