Job Description

Our client, a Top UK law firm, is seeking a talented mid-level non-contentious construction lawyer to join their market-leading team – fully remote. The successful candidate will advise on the full life cycle of development and fit-out projects across commercial, healthcare, education, arts & leisure, and high-end residential sectors.

You’ll work closely with purchaser-led clients including freeholders, landlords, and tenants, helping them manage risk and navigate complex procurement and construction contracts. Strong drafting skills and experience with JCT contracts are essential.

• Experience in non-contentious construction matters
