Our client, a Top UK law firm, is seeking a talented mid-level non-contentious construction lawyer to join their market-leading team – fully remote. The successful candidate will advise on the full lifecycle of development and fit-out projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, arts & leisure, and high-end residential.

You will work closely with purchaser-led clients such as freeholders, landlords, and tenants, assisting them in managing risks and navigating complex procurement and construction contracts. Strong drafting skills and experience with JCT contracts are essential.
