Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Non Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a nationally recognised team in Bristol. The role involves advising on construction and engineering contracts and supporting major programmes across health, education, housing, regeneration and central government projects.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years PQE, strong drafting skills and a commercial mindset, with opportunities for career development and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years' PQE with strong drafting skills.
• Commercial awareness and interest in becoming a specialist in non-contentious construction.
• Experience coordinating with other disciplines and networking is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advising on and negotiating construction and engineering contracts, including JCT, NEC and bespoke agreements
• Supporting major programmes such as hospitals, social housing, schools and large scale regeneration schemes
• Working with clients including government bodies, local authorities, NHS Trusts, universities and developers
