eNL Legal in the Midlands is seeking an ambitious Non-Contentious Construction Partner to lead and grow a construction practice within a respected law firm. This strategic appointment requires an established following and strong market connections, with the ability to win work, mentor a team, and shape the department's strategy.

You will advise on major development projects, draft and negotiate contracts (JCT, NEC), and build relationships with developers, contractors and investors.

Formación

• Established Non-Contentious Construction Partner or senior construction lawyer with a proven track record.
• Established following and market connections essential.
• Commercial acumen with leadership and entrepreneurial approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the non-contentious construction practice and shape the department's strategy.
• Draft and negotiate construction contracts (JCT, NEC, and other forms).
• Advise on development agreements, building contracts, and project documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, and investors.
• Mentor and recruit lawyers to support growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues across related practice areas.
