Qualifications

• Applications welcomed from established Non-Contentious Construction Partners or senior construction lawyers with a proven track record.
• Established following and market connections are essential.
• Commercial acumen, leadership and entrepreneurial approach required to generate work and grow a team.
• Strong technical expertise and excellent negotiation skills for complex construction matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the non-contentious construction offering and shape department strategy.
• Draft and negotiate construction contracts such as JCT and NEC.
• Develop client relationships and build a thriving team around you.
• Mentor and recruit lawyers; collaborate with real estate, planning and corporate practice areas.
