The Role

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Non-Contentious Construction Partner to join and help shape a highly regarded, growing team.

This is a strategic hire, offering the chance to take a leading role in developing the practice while working on high-quality, complex matters alongside well-respected practitioners.

Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for a commercially-minded senior lawyer with the expertise and ambition to grow a successful practice.

You will ideally demonstrate:

• Significant experience in non-contentious construction law
• Around 8+ years’ PQE, although strong candidates outside this range will be considered
• A strong track record of client development, ideally with a following or referrer network
• Excellent technical ability combined with commercial awareness
• Proven business development skills and a clear vision for growth
• Strong relationship-building and client management capability
