Frasia Wright Associates is recruiting an experienced Lawyer to join its Non-Contentious Construction Team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The role focuses on advising clients in public and private sectors on projects across education, real estate, energy and health.

The successful candidate will handle a range of contracts including construction, development agreements, sub-contracts, bonds, guarantees and collateral warranties, with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE and strong non-contentious contract

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years’ PQE in construction law.
• Strong knowledge of non-contentious construction matters and contracts.
• Desirable familiarity with NEC3/NEC4 forms of contract.

Due to continued growth, this new-style law firm is currently recruiting an experienced Lawyer to join its Non-Contentious Construction Team in either its Edinburgh or Glasgow office. The team advises a variety of clients in both public and private sectors on a range of projects in the fields of education, real estate, energy and health.

The successful candidate can expect to advise clients on a wide range of contracts including construction, development agreements, sub-contracts, bonds and guarantees and collateral warranties.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a minimum of 2 years’ PQE with extensive knowledge of construction law, particularly non-contentious matters, and a thorough understanding of construction contracts. Additionally, knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 forms of contract is desirable.
