Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is seeking an experienced solicitor to join our client's busy Infrastructure team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will advise on non-contentious construction matters, including major property developments, regeneration projects and engineering contracts.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years’ PQE with strong experience in non-contentious construction. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, take pride in quality work and contribute to business development.

Our client, a commercial law firm, currently has a need for an experienced solicitor to join its busy Infrastructure team based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will be involved in a broad range of non-contentious construction matters including major property developments, regeneration projects, building contracts and significant engineering projects.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical advice to colleagues.
• Presenting legal information in an understandable format with minimum guidance.
• Participating in the business development of the firm.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 6 years’ PQE with extensive experience of the non-contentious construction sector. The team is keen to hear from candidates who use their initiative, are self-motivated and who take pride in quality of work.
