Job summary

Interlink Recruitment is representing a leading award-winning law firm in Manchester seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Associate. The role involves advising a diverse client base on construction and development matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, and driving growth of the practice.

The ideal candidate will have PQE 2-6 years (not essential), with a proven ability to provide pragmatic, commercially-focused advice within a collaborative team.

The role will involve advising a varied client base across a broad range of construction and development matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, while providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice and supporting the continued growth of the practice.

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, including development and regeneration projects.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts, development agreements and associated documentation.
• Working closely with clients, developers, contractors and other stakeholders to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
• Supporting the wider team with business development and client relationship management, contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Requirements:

• PQE 2-6 (ideal but not necessary)
