Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin, Moray, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (Band 6/7) to join the Pharmacy Department on a full-time, permanent basis. The role includes training pathways, with Band 6 during foundation credentialing and progression to Band 7 upon registration completion.

You’ll work as an independent practitioner within an integrated pharmacy service, supporting medicines management, acute and surgical specialties, and patient discharge while receiving senior support.

Qualificações

• Full registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Post-registration experience (Band 7) desirable.
• Strong clinical pharmacy skills across hospital settings.
• Motivated, adaptable and dependable; able to work under pressure and communicate with health professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical pharmacy input to individual patients, review medicines on admission, monitor treatment and support discharge.
• Contribute to medicines management, prescribing policies, clinical guidelines, audit, research, teaching and training.
• You’ll learn from senior pharmacists and contribute to an integrated Pharmacy Service.
