Job summary

RTL Group Ltd in Maidenhead is seeking an experienced No.2 Site Manager to join a major RC Frame and facade project.

You will support the Senior Site Manager, coordinate subcontractors, review drawings, and ensure works are delivered to programme and quality standards.

The role requires strong health and safety knowledge, ability to work under pressure, and familiarity with brickwork, cladding, windows and external envelope packages.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering RC Frame projects is essential.
• Proven ability to manage facade and external envelope works.
• Strong subcontractor management and site coordination.
• Understanding of construction programmes and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Site Manager and oversee daily site activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely completion to programme.
• Monitor health, safety and quality across the site.
• Review drawings and ensure correct sequencing of trades.
