Job summary

Beaumont-Care-Homes in Belfast is seeking a Deputy Manager (NMC Registered) to supervise and lead a dedicated care team. You will deliver high-quality care in line with individual care plans, promoting privacy, dignity and residents’ independence.

You may cover the Home Manager’s duties in their absence and handle on-call responsibilities. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years in a senior nursing role and hold live NMC registration.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with live NMC registration.
• Two years plus experience post registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver high standards of care.
• Ensure care plans are followed and residents’ needs are met.
• Implement home policies and assess, plan, and evaluate resident care.
• Carry out treatments as prescribed.
• May step up to Home Manager in their absence and handle on-call duties.
