Caring Homes Group Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager for Parris Lawn, Lewes. The role requires a qualified nurse with a full NMC pin, and offers full supernumerary hours across a 40-hour week in a 62-bed facility, with a strong focus on leadership and high-quality, personalised care.

You will lead and mentor nursing staff, develop care plans with residents and families, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a compassionate, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
• Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.
• Must hold full NMC pin.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home.
• Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, meeting regulatory and company standards.
• Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain and improve care standards.
• Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals in the absence of the Home Manager.
