Xantura Limited is looking for an AI NLP Engineer to enhance its text analytics platform in London. You will own the development of the NLP system that extracts structured intelligence from unstructured data across health and social care.

Your role involves designing LLM-based processing and developing embedding infrastructure. Ideal candidates will have relevant degrees, programming experience, and 3+ years in an NLP or ML role. The company offers a hybrid model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in NLP, ML, or AI engineering.
• Strong programming skills and production experience in Python.
• Evidence of practical experience with embedding models, text classifiers, or NER models.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the core text analytics pipeline.
• Design and implement LLM-based processing chains.
• Build and manage embedding infrastructure.
