Xantura Limited in London is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for a 12-month maternity cover within the Platform Delivery department. The role focuses on designing, training, and productionising ML models across multi-source datasets, with emphasis on embedding/RAG workflows, NLP and scalable services integrated into the OneView platform.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in ML engineering, strong Python skills, experience with modern ML frameworks, and hands-on data

Competenze

• 3–5+ years' experience in machine learning engineering.
• Strong Python programming and modern ML framework experience.
• Experience training and evaluating models (tree-based, temporal, embedding/NLP, or LLM-based).
• Ability to build reproducible training and evaluation pipelines.
• Experience containerising and deploying models (Docker, FastAPI).

Mansioni

• Design, train and optimise predictive models across multi-source datasets.
• Build robust training, evaluation and monitoring pipelines for model quality and reproducibility.
• Develop feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning and performance optimisation.
• Productionise models and deploy scalable services in client environments.
• Lead data engineering tasks including schema aware data flows and cohort handling.
