Qualifications

• Experience of working with children or care settings is desirable.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Night staff ensure the home is secure during the night and provide a friendly face to support children.
• Engage with children one-to-one on feelings, emotions and behaviours and liaise with social workers, schools, police and health workers.
• Support recruitment and participate in the continuing development of a caring residential environment.
